Our family farm selling Christmas trees in Arlington, WA

Christmas is in the Air

Christmas is in the Air! Don’t worry, while it may be snowing in the mountains, it’s not snowing here. This is a photo of some of our trees with a dusting of snow last season.

Come see our Noble and Nordman Trees at our farm in Arlington, WA. We’re just a short drive from Seattle, and a world away from the city. We have an outdoor fireplace, hot apple cider, and beautiful trees that we hope you’ll take home as part of your Christmas.

We’ve been collecting local crafts, hard to find items, and great last-minute gift ideas. Visit our tree farm in Arlington, WA and find the perfect gift.

The Nordmann Fir was featured on the cover of Good Housekeeping Magazine in December 2009, and we think that these are the perfect Christmas Tree. This tree has been a good disease resistant species that doesn’t need extra pesticides. We think that they have a particularly striking shape and wonderful color.

These Nordmann Fir trees are known for having nearly drop-proof needles, and we’ve found this to be true. With water in their stands, we expect them to stay beautiful in your home. The trees have an open limb structure that makes them perfect for displaying larger ornaments and family keepsakes, and the rounded point needles aren’t sharp! They trees are a wonderful green, and look particularly striking in some of our taller heights.

Come see our Nordmann Trees, we think you’ll agree that they are a remarkable Christmas Tree.

Growning trees on the farm Perhaps you’ve never noticed our baby trees while you’ve been searching for the perfect tree for your Christmas. But each year, we plant new seedlings to replace the trees cut from the previous year. We take great pride in nurturing our little seedlings, hand trimming each one and making sure they have room to grow into a beautiful Christmas Tree. Come see our collection of Noble and Grand Fir trees, along with our own favorites, the Nordmann Fir.

Wrapping a Christmas Tree

While we do occasionally get a request to send someone’s little brother through the tree wrapper, we have a strict tree-only policy. Here’s a photo of Ben wrapping up a tree to send home with a family friend.

Christmas 1992 we opened this farm as a family run business. Throughout the years we have stayed committed to growing naturally and hand pruning each tree. Currently we grow four varieties of trees: Nordmann Fir, Noble Fir, Grand Fir, and Fraser Fir. Each tree variety offers the characteristics we feel are essential for the perfect Christmas Tree.

New to our crop is the Nordmann Fir. We are very excited to now offer this variety with its well spaced branches for ornament display and resistance to dropping needles! Please come see our tree variety in person and support local business in the Northwest.

Every year the women of the farm search for local crafters to include in the Christmas Craft Cottage. This year the cottage has an assortment of jewelry, bags, antique collectibles, Christmas decorations, and more.

We also have fresh wreathes that we make here on the farm each morning. They will stay fresh and green throughout the holiday season and look terrific with a bow on a door. Looking for an idea to decorate your office for the Christmas season? Try a wreath!
